In critical situations due to intense rainfall it is necessary to monitor the watercourses near urban centers and other risky areas, such as underpasses, to alert citizens in the event of emergency flooding or overflow, and provide indications on traffic. Continuous monitoring and data transmission is the solution proposed by Aesys for real-time hydrometric monitoring. On the occasion of raising the water level, the installed sensors transmit the data to the system control units, which in turn transmit it to the MyInfoCity cloud management software.

The displays integrated in the system and distributed throughout the territory (eg in the immediate vicinity of the underpass but also on the main roads leading to it) display pre-defined or compiled messages by the operator in real time, informing citizens of the alert situation. Use of images and text A color graphics area, combined with the monochromatic area reserved for text messages, displays the pictograms to communicate more immediately the alert or the interruption of traffic.
