To be more reliable, Aesys works as a team, from software to electronic and mechanical engineering and mechanical and electronic production to assembly. By doing so, Aesys grants the best solutions. 

Technical researchers especially focus on lower energy consumption, environmental resistance and system integration.

For over thirty years Aesys has been paying extra attention to details and quality and, at the same time, evolving with new technologies. 

Electronic design

The signals integrity is always under control: first through software testing then physically on the prototype, to ensure it complies with the highest requirements. 
Further to this, Aesys always focuses on reducing energy consumption to help customers reduce their costs and respect the environment. 

Mechanical production

A repairer may not consider relevant fixing a display in a couple of minutes, or a driver may not wonder if he is able to read, during a blizzard, the road conditions on a PMV; but Aesys engineers know that these are more than fundamental details.
They work closely with customers, suppliers, laboratories and other engineering teams to constantly refine and improve Aesys visual systems.

Electronic production

To comply with productive requests, production teams use the most modern equipment: from pick & place machines that place 102,000 components per hour, to automatic radial inserters that place 21,000 through-hole LEDs per hour, up to to advanced 3D analytical software to ensure optimal assembly of surface mount components.

Assembly and support

Aesys assembly teams combine all the necessary components to give life to displays. Two plans, for a total coverage of 12,000 m&sup2, are dedicated to assembly: one serves the areas of traffic, industry and public bodies, the other that of transport. In these spaces, our technical experts assemble and wire LED and LCD-TFT components inside the mechanical structures, connecting them to control boards, power supplies, telecommunications regulators.

Mechanical production

In order to produce mechanical and support structures independently, Aesys mechanical production team cuts, perforates, bends and welds over 500 tons of aluminum, 30 tons of steel, and 200 tons of iron a year, often using robotic technology to cut. Robots help in operating day and night with laser precision to produce our most common components.

Software development

To integrate the display industry with global integration systems, Aesys software designers study the best ways to make devices communicate with several integrators through different communication protocols. The integration starts in the planning phase, analyzing all the systems that have to cooperate. Aesys software programmers have developed several interfaces, able to communicate with standard protocols such as NTCIP, DisplayML, Modbus and TLS - bringing flexibility to all the systems developed.
