Promoting the Entrepreneurial Culture

Every year, Aesys opens the doors to its offices, laboratories, and production plants, offering around sixty students from lower secondary schools the opportunity to closely explore the world of small and medium-sized enterprises.

"For us, interaction with the education world in general is of fundamental importance," emphasizes Simone Maffeis, Head of Human Resources. "We have always participated in PMI Day, but there are many moments of dialogue, especially with local technical schools. We have refreshed the school-to-work exchange projects: at the beginning of the year, we 'adopt' a class to embark on a growth journey together, which, in our intention, should culminate in an internal academy."
