ITIS P. Paleocapa

Passpartool project

We believe it is important to provide students with a clear understanding of real job opportunities, the roles they can aspire to, and the skills required in the workplace.

To meet this need, we created the "Passpartool" project, which has been active since 2018 through a collaboration with the P. Paleocapa Institute in Bergamo and Randstad Italia.

Aesys has chosen to contribute to the professional and personal growth journey of the students at ITIS P. Paleocapa by offering orientation and discussion sessions, as well as involving them in project work related to our displays.

IISS E. Majorana

CoLab Sharing project

As part of the "A scuola con i Meccatronici" project promoted by Confindustria Bergamo, with Aesys playing a leading role at ITIS Majorana, we are broadening our horizons by reaching out to nearby Claypaky and W&H Sterilization S.r.l. to redefine the school-to-work experience for students.

We have rethought our approach to bring young people closer to the world of work in a broader way, recognizing that opening the doors to a single company is not always enough to help them understand the many future opportunities available.

The commitment of Aesys, Claypaky, and W&H focuses on providing students with an understanding of how certain skills can be applied across multiple professional sectors.

This proactive vision led to the creation of the "CoLab Sharing" project, presented to the third- and fourth-year students of the technical and technological courses at ITIS Majorana. In this project, the students worked to develop both technical skills in electronics and cross-disciplinary concepts, while also having the opportunity to jointly visit the companies with an integrated perspective.

Vocational Training Center

The professionals from Aesys met with the mechatronics class, offering a practical lesson led by one of our expert technicians. During the session, we highlighted the essential role of the operator in the production processes: from the installation and wiring of components to collaboration during the startup, calibration, and adjustment phases of systems, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

We thank the students for their attention and participation, confident that they will apply these skills effectively in the workplace.
