Over 400 participants experienced a day of community, exploring the company departments alongside Aesys volunteers and engaging in recreational activities accompanied by music and gastronomy.

A sunny Saturday of relaxation and mountain views: the perfect formula for a day dedicated to well-being and togetherness, spent with the families of Aesys employees. Step by step, we are committed to nurturing these bonds, which are the beating heart of our corporate community.

The first tournament among Aesys, Claypaky, McBride, and W&H Sterilization companies took place, featuring five-a-side football and volleyball matches. Team spirit and fair play were the highlights of the event, with plenty of fun and exciting moments. See you next year!

Aesys engaged the entire company workforce in reflection sessions on gender-based violence, featuring interventions from experts in the field. These sessions provided an opportunity to deepen the understanding of the issue, learn how to recognize it, and contribute to its prevention.

Every pass, every spike, and every goal were the result of collaboration, strategy, and commitment. We nurture this team spirit even outside the field, bringing the same energy to our daily work.

Every week, a group of us dedicates time to swimming and aqua fitness. This break helps us relax, stay in shape, and return to the office more motivated and ready for new challenges!

Aesys participated in "Produzioni Ininterrotte," an initiative by the Bergamasca Library Network that combines the Culture of Work with the local excellence, in collaboration with Terre del Vescovado and the Municipality of Brusaporto. We extend our gratitude to the Cultural Councillor of Brusaporto and the Terre del Vescovado Association for allowing us to build positive relationships within the community where we operate daily.
