Skill Up Lab

Experiential Laboratory

In 2024, Aesys decided to invest in the creation of a training laboratory within the company—an innovative space where both employees and external staff can develop new professional skills through hands-on experiences. The lab is equipped with some of our products, available for activities such as assembly, wiring, and testing.

In addition to practical learning, participants will have the opportunity to acquire both technical and cross-functional skills, supported by qualified trainers—both internal and external—and through e-learning training paths designed to enhance the learning experience.

Mentorship Program

A guide in the company

Aesys has carefully selected several employees to be trained as mentors, investing in them through a tailored training program. Mentors play a crucial role within the company, guiding and supporting especially new hires and young talents, facilitating their integration and professional growth. The main goal of the company is to create an environment where knowledge can be shared effectively, helping new collaborators integrate quickly and harmoniously.

In addition to technical and operational training, a crucial aspect of the program is the transmission of company culture, with a particular emphasis on the core values that guide the organization. Through this initiative, Aesys aims to build a cohesive team, where each member feels part of a common vision and can contribute to the company's success.

A Female-Focused Opportunity

To promote female employment, in 2023 Aesys, in collaboration with GiGroup, launched an academy dedicated exclusively to women. This project aimed to attract, select, and train new professional profiles for the production sector, with a specific focus on assembly and testing. Seven candidates participated in a specialization program in electronic assembly and testing, acquiring essential skills to operate in a technological and innovative environment. The initiative underscores Aesys's commitment to creating opportunities for growth and inclusion, contributing to the enhancement of female talent in the technology sector.
